Newbie Question. I have a question about salary in the Rotation program for the NHSC. Is it similar to the military program in that every year working for them you get a salary of around 60k? I looked at their website but couldnt get any info on this. Do they pay all your loans+stipend+salary of 60K? Thanks

I probably shouldn't be the one to reply, because I'm not exactly sure. But for the NHSC scholarship, I think it varies from job to job. If you do a job search on their website and limit it to 'scholarship' positions or some similar qualifier, you'll get the jobs that qualify for for the scholarship repayment program. So I think, not sure, but I think that salary could vary depending on the exact location and job.

There are two ways to do the NHSC. You can sign up in school and they pay full tuition plus scholarship. Or you can work at a NHSC position after school and apply for debt forgiveness. Either way, you need to do primary care or ob/gyn.
