NHSC scholarship program?

for those of you that are applying to this program, what did you submit for a copy of your school/program cirriculum? can i just print off a copy from the internet, or do i have to have the school send in an official cirriculum? i know, its kind of a picky question but i just want to have a chance at the scholarship and don't want to turn in the wrong form and be late. thanks and congrats to all that have been accepted and good luck to those still waiting.

I called them and they told me that it was fine to just mail them a copy printed from the internet. Hope this helps!!!
