Anyone know of any "nice" (benign, lots of elective time, not too bad schedule) transitional year programs in Cali, Boston, or NYC? Would really appreciate your advice. Thanks!

St. Vincents' in the West Village (NYC) used to be really nice. I don't know if it still is.
