My colleague got financial review about a week or two ago. Financial review is a very good sign and its rare to get that and not get the award (it happens).
It doesn't happen the same time for everyone though - so her getting it doesn't mean we won't. .... I think each agency timing is a little different. Hers was through NIDDK.
