For those of you thinking about coming to NJDS - make sure you ask lots of questions about their pre-clinic and clinic facilities. Much of the equipment is old. Old is fine, if it works.
Unfortunately, there is often not enough air compression in the pre-clinic to allow for proper drilling torque during practicals. The equipment you use affects your ability to work properly and your grades. Practicals are stressful enough without having to worry about whether or not you'll get lucky and be able to use your high speed drill. Save yourself some stress and consider all the aspects about the school you are planning to attend.
