What is the expiration period after the date of issue of a CII rx in the state of New Mexico? I cannot find an expiration time anywhere in the law except 6 months for CIII-CV. I know that federal law is pretty silent on the issue of CII rx expirations (I believe they are good for a year). Could anyone help me with this question with specific reference to New Mexico law? Thank you!!
