Hey! NMAT are offered twice in the month of October, November and/or December here in the U.S.. Check www.cem-inc.org.ph/nmat-announcement.html for the dates for next year. Although I doubt it if they will have it posted anytime soon (this year they posted it around april). You can take it in Chicago or in Los Angeles. I just took mine yesterday in Chicago.

The NMAT/ CEM contact person here in states is Mr. Godfrey Vergara.
