Hows anyone tried both the nms casebook and the general surgery review. I have heard good and bad about both of them. I would like to hear people's opinion on which one they would choose if they could only have one. Also when most people on the forum talk about A&L are they talking about the review book or the 1000 question book, I have heard very good things about the question book, and have heard the review book sucks.
 
Please do a search for this commonly-discussed topic. There have been numerous threads comparing various study materials for the surgery shelf.
