NMS question book and NMS CD for step 2

I heard that the NMS question book for step 2 is the best, is the NMS CD step 2 the same thing?

if not, is it recommended?

Yes, the book and the CD are the same thing.

I used the CD because I had to get used to staring at the computer screen all day to take Step 2, and I think it helped "train" my eyes for the strain of the actual test.
