NMS surgery

Has anyone used the NMS surgery text for the surgery shelf. I am not talking about the cases I know everyone uses that, I am talking about the big boy that is the 650 page text. Also can someone PLEASE tell me how to get pestana's review.

i read several high yield chapters in nms, and then used blueprints for the other chapters. i liked the blueprints questions the best.

the ones i read in nms were:
preop care
trauma
shock
cardiac
vascular
one or two of the gi chapters
ortho
neuro
breast
and maybe a few more if i felt i was weak in an area

i did fine using this strategy.
