its really not right of schools to leave students hanging. what i mean is that UCONN and columbia have both cashed my check for the admissions fee however they didnt send me anything regarding my status. i had interviews in other schools but they wont tell me anything. i even called up and they wont tell me anything over the phone. is there anything else that can be done?

Funny you say that, cause I haven't heard a word from either of those schools either as well as a couple others. The only indication I have that they even received my app is the fact that they ran to cash the checks! lol Glad they weren't my top choices! 😛

It's tough when everything is so ambiguous. Hang in there and you'll nail those interviews!! Most importantly, keep optimistic!!!! 👍

it's funny you say that because i personally found both schools to be very accessible. if you call columbia, most likely you'll speak to the head honcho himself: the dean, dr.mc- he's a very friendly man and i'm sure he'd take the time to help you, unless you sound like a dweeb. uconn is also a very approachable office to approach, ms. Avolt should be able to give you the word reagarding your app.

When did you call them? I guess I might be unlucky then because out of three times I called, there were three different OLD ladies answering me. Not a good sign... sigh, guys must have gone on vacations...
