No batches in '07

Just spoke to an SFMatch rep about batches, and he mentioned that this year there will be no batches...they will make our applications available after they have been processed, and when will be available for the schools whenever they request applications.

Does this sound right? In a way this is good news because I am still waiting for a letter in the mail.

Has anyone heard this?

I called SF Match last month and was told to have my completed app in by mid August to be in batch 1. I would prefer no batches (more like ERAS), which sounds likely after all of the problems they had distributing apps last year.

I spoke with SFMatch on Wednesday and was told the same story as the OP.
