No Credit (NC).. how do you list this?

Hi guys.. sorry I have yet another question.

I finally recieved my transcript in the mail from a community college I attended years ago and I failed the class because I missed the final. I took the class pass/ no pass I thought, but on my Official transcript that I requested to have mailed to me... it says "NC".. which means no credit instead of "NP" no pass.

I'm confused how to list this on pharmCAS because there is no option for NC.. they have "Cr" for credit, but no "NC" option

I called pharmCAS and the lady there told me to put "NG", but I'm worried because thats not what it says on my transcript.. it says "NC". I don't want my app delayed because it looks like I'm trying to lie on my application.

I dont' want to call them again because seriously.. i've called them like 10000 times this week for a bunch of questions, and they MUST recognize my voice.. its always the same lady answering the phones too. I really don't want to ask the same question twice you know?

Anyone have any advice?

No, I don't think you're being paranoid. This is you app for gosh sakes. You can't mess it up. Anyway, I would call again to make sure that putting NG is your best option. Believe me, Im sure this poor lady answering the phones at PharmCas gets 1,584,632 calls a day, and Im sure she dosen't recognize your voice. 😉 BTW, does NG stand for No Grade? If so, I think that that would probably be your best bet. I would be prepared to expplain it in your interview though.
