Off the top of my head, I think DMU requires a minimum of a 3.0 to receive a secondary, and OSU requires a 24? on the MCAT (there's some state legislative rule about minimum MCAT scores). As a rule, most schools (both allopathic and osteopathic) don't do much in the way of pre-secondary screening, so you'll probably get secondaries from almost everywhere.
I know it's not what you're looking for, but US News has data about admissions for almost all the osteopathic schools. I think it's data can be a little more useful than the MSAR anyway because the MSAR just tells you the number of people who matriculate at a school, not the number of people accepted. Consequently, it makes schools seem even more competitive than they are.
