No e-mail from Prometric

I thought I had read that once you apply for a DENTPIN, you receive an email from prometric with instructions for applying for a test date/center. It's been about 5 days since I've applied and received a DENTPIN, but I have not received an email from prometric. Is it true that they email you on their own or is there something I have to do?

I'm not sure if Prometric will e-mail you directly to sign up for the DAT. When I had my DENTPIN approved, I applied the same day using the DAT electronic application on the ADA website. I didn't wait for the e-mail because seats fill up quickly in the summer months when registering for a Prometric testing center.
