Hello all,
Question about electives and financial aid. I'm in a school that, alongside the in-house electives, offers external elective options from other schools. One such elective is from Mercer on Pharmacy Ownership which is very pertinent to my current career plans and I wish to take it but it has a tuition cost of $932 and my school is unwilling to issue an increase in my CoA to pay for this class. I could be a bit more understanding if I sought this class out myself, but given they list it on their electives list, one would think they'd have a way in mind for you to pay for it.
My question is this: Has anyone else had a similar experience? Did your school allow additional loans or just tease you with the elective you can't afford? Has anyone found a way to force this?
Thanks for any input,
Greg
