No letters of rec submitted. Rest of app complete. Submit or no?

Posted this on the IM board but thought it was more appropriate for here.

I unknowingly asked letter writers that regularly send their letters late. Sometimes up to a month late. But, everything in my app is done.

Should I submit now? Or wait til the letters are done?

Please help!

I'd apply now- you won't be screened out b/c you're missing letters. Your app will probably be on hold until LORs arrive- some programs might even give invites w/o all the LORs.

I think your post inadvertantly answers a simple question I had. I just realized I didn't turn in my Photo......should I wait until it is uploaded, probably by friday, or just submit my app. Will the photo be automatically updated (and sent to programs) when my school uploads it? Or should I wait?

No one will care about your photo. It's hidden until you interview anyway.
