If you don't have any LoRs from professors, is it possible at all to get into a med school? And I'm not exactly a non-traditional student, I graduated from college last summer.

Ergh that's most likely a problem. I applied to thirty schools and I think every one of them required faculty letters.

Depends on the school, most schools are fine with a committee letter instead of other single LORs from multiple professors

^^^true, my school didn't have a committee, so professors were necessary. If you have a committee, that's fine

An LOR is supposed to highlight your ability to achieve in the classroom. That's why schools mandate faculty letters.

You graduated from college last summer and you think its impossible to contact your former professors and ask for a LOR? Maybe you didnt know them that well, but they can still write a letter
I am worried that in this situation OP will get, at best, weak LORs.
