Good for you op...realizing medicine is not for you early can be a big-time save on future resources.
With that being said, I changed my mind through the college years and decided to go for it in the end. Not saying that you will too, just that 4 years is a long time and a lot of what you think about your interests can change. If you do change your mind in the future don't be afraid to "switch-back" and follow your passion. Best of luck in the future.
