No professor LORS?

So I have two LORs from my pharmacist and the PIC I work with, but I have contacted, through email, two science professors who have not responded at all for over a week. I graduated over a year ago, but I still live somewhat near the school so I am looking into visiting their office hours. If they are unable to give me strong LORs would it be okay to maybe get a former supervisor or a former pharmacist to get my 3rd letter? The schools I am applying to do not ask for specifically one professor letter, but I feel that it would help to have at least one professor.

It's pretty weird and you'll probably get asked about it, but you can probably get away with it since you have two letters.
Are you trying to apply now? The whole process takes weeks. Why did you wait so long?
