no replay from ADA

I need an advise. I have already made my application to the NBDE I at the ADA , also my ECE report and asked them to send a copy to ADA. However, I had no response from ADA until now. I sent an e-mail to ADA but had no replay. What do I do? I need to set up a day to the test.

Please, help me. I am completely lost...

I am in Brazil, so it is expensive to call to ADA. I am thinking about wait a little more. It has been a month until now. Kind of worried...
