2 days ago I e-mailed my resume to CVS's district manager telling him that I wanted to work for them. Then the next day, a store's sp called me asking me to start working on monday. On the phone she told me that she was making schedules for next week and asked me if i have time on monday, so I said yeah. So my question is I wasn't interviewed nor did I do a urine test. Does that mean I am hired? I am applying for an intern position by the way.

You should not be hired without a drug test or a background check. Somebody is going to get bitch slapped by their DM when they get caught. Not you, the pharmacist that signed off on hiring you.....

omg, I should tell that pharmacist that I need a drug test before I start working then. I don't want her to get in trouble. Thanks for your reply old timer.
