I didn't do anything at all during med school, no volunteer/research. Only focused on boards. Would I put volunteer experiences from undergrad on ERAS, if so which ones?

Yes you can. But I would only include the more significant volunteer experiences you had or if you did something relevant to your chosen specialty.
If you did any research prior to med school, I’d certainly include that.
