Just took aamc * test and noticed we had to know what a **** looked like....I got that question wrong.

How extensive should our knowledge of organic naming be for the real test?

Anyone got a list of common names for compounds we should know, btw? acetylene, acetone, formate...

Just took aamc 5 and noticed we had to know what an imide looked like....I got that question wrong.

Know all the functional groups.

Use process of elimination for nomenclature and functional group identification.
