Hello all,
I'm a 26 year old prospective non-trad applicant, I'm wondering if anyone can comment on the utility of taking non- sciences as part of my post-bacc? I'm completing all of the required science lab courses at my local university. Luckily I have AP credit from high school for several areas including AP literature, psychology, human geography, calculus BC, statistics, etc. I also took some public health and humanities courses during college.
With all of that being said, is there any utility in taking literature or social sciences as part of my post-bacc? I might be overthinking this but I'd hate to complete all of my science prereqs only to find out near the application stage that I'm missing a psych/soc requirement. Would it be at all helpful for an application or for MCAT prep to take an intro to sociology class or something like that?
Again, probably over thinking this but any insight is appreciated!
