You should receive several interviews from your list. You could add any of these schools:
Washington University (in St. Louis-almost a guaranteed interview with your stats)
Harvard
Einstein (free tuition)
Johns Hopkins (free tuition)
Northwestern
Mayo

Thank you for the feedback! Do you think my relatively low research experience/productivity would hinder my chances at these schools, or any of the other research-focused schools I listed?

So as a non-trad applicant, I want to see more focus on your pivot away from your pastoral career. Your profile still shows too much indecision or "possibility" and not much of your own vision on moving forward as a physician. Or I need a better idea of your concept of being "physician AND..." spiritual leader.

Don't get me wrong, I know a few doctors who also have significant experience as spiritual leaders. I'm going to presume you have talked with a few who have done this transition.

I was also surprised you didn't include Northwestern or UChicago. If your spouse's family lives in the defined East Texas region of interest for UT Tyler, if not, drop it.

NYU Grossman has 3-year pathways, and they include specialties. They have a solid medical humanities program. I would definitely push you to look at them.

I would shift your school list's focus toward geographic proximity to your support system if you plan on having and caring for children in the next 5-10 years. Think carefully about where you want to live after medical school (residency) and how it might affect your family. Network with similar students who have very young children at the schools closest to you before you start the application process for any insights of the challenges you should anticipate once you put on the short white coat.

Thank you @Mr.Smile12 for your input!

All great points. I know there will be an increased burden will be on me to answer "Why medicine". I will make sure to flesh that out in my app.

Does anyone have thoughts on my chances with applying to the following schools? Each of these schools fall into one or more of the categories I listed in my original post. Hoping to to hear if there are other considerations, such as geographic bias or just something lacking in my app, that would hinder my chances at any of them.

Columbia
Mount Sinai
Vanderbilt
Cornell
UPenn
UCSF
UVA
Hofstra
George Washington
Texas Tech
