Your list is top heavy for an applicant with MCAT scores of 510 and 513 and some of the state public schools you applied to admit few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state. You could add these schools this week:

Without details about your activities, I think many of your activities might be co-mingling (clinical/non-clinical for your community health org/podiatry clinic work). Mentoring and tutoring are prominent activities but won't help you stand out in the application process. I'm not sure what your purpose is as a physician, so it's not clear that you have a strong mission fit with schools on your list. Your MCAT is not the issue; lacking opportunities where you stretch beyond your comfort zone might be.
