So, I'm 26 and about to spend my childbearing years in med school and residency (hopefully beginning in 2005)...anyone out there have kids? Did you have kids during med school? During residency? Before med school? Are there certain med schools that are more "family-friendly" (i.e., have on-site childcare, are understanding about maternity leave, etc.)?
