It states US INSTITUTIONS ... I am considering a medical technology degree through a hospital. These classes count towards your science gpa but would AACOMAS accept a transcript from a hospital? I could get student loans and get university credit for it but honestly I don't want to have the additional $5K in PRIVATE loans at like 10% variable interest 😎

Just wondering if anyone had any experience in this ... Thanks 😀

I'm sure you could submit the transcripts, especially if you are getting college credits for the classes. It could be that the courses are at the hospital but the courses is accredited through a local college. If the course isn't in some way accredited through the appropriate state agency then that might cause some problems.

If you are really interested in Medical Technology maybe you could take some courses at another institution that would be cheaper?

You could always call/email AACOMAS or talk to someone in records/admissions at the hospital where the classes are being held.
