nondesignated preliminary surgery interview

Hi,
I'm an IMG.. I've applied to 30 prelim surgery programs out of which 5 sent rejections till now. A single school Mayo at Rochester had sent me an invitation for interview. Anybody has any advise for me for the interview?..
