I was wondering what does a nontraditional pharmacy program mean? what makes it different than something "traditional"?

I think web-based pharmacy schools fall under this category.

Web based pharmacy schools? I've never heard of anything like that before. Is that a tech program?

A non-traditional program is for BS pharmacists to return to school and get their pharmD. It need not be web-based, but many of them are to better accomodate the pharmacist.
