Noob question - but does MCAT test Sig Figs?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
K so I'm asking this because an old EK Chem 1001 book has an entire section dedicated to sig figs. Like. Why?

Thanks. Sorry for being ridiculous.

Even if it did, wouldn't that be the least of your worries? Pretty much every concept on the MCAT is harder than sig-figs, which take about 5 mins to learn.

I have found sig digs to be the hardest of math concepts. Even when I was doing math competitions in high school, I avoided having to sit down and learn them. 🙁

That's like perfectly setting up a volume calculation using a triple integral spherical coordinate approach and then screwing up the algebraic simplification.

Which happened to me all. the. time.
