Normal lab values not working during test!

Hi,

I recently took the Step IICK and during 2 blocks of the test the normal lab values section did not work! I talked to the people at the testing center and they couldn't fix the problem either. I just proceeded with the test but it was a little annoying for some questions. Has anyone else had this problem?

I had this happen to me during a shelf. Sorry it happened to you during Step 2.

I would call USMLE or coordinate with prometric. I have heard of them allowing candidates to take the test again if there were abnormal testing conditions.

Lol yeah! I think at this point I'd rather just take possibly missing a few questions. Its been a few weeks and I seriously do not remember anything!
