North Carolina Anesthesia Programs

What do you guys know about the programs in this state, especially Duke and UNC? What have you heard are competitive numbers for these programs?

IMHO you can't go wrong with any of the NC anesthesiology programs. They will all give you very good clinical exposure. Duke and Wake Forest have strong national reputations. UNC might not be talked about as much on a national level but is still a very good program. They are all fairly competitive in the match - I don't know specific numbers. Thank you very much for the input. I don't know how to PM, so my questiions have to be limited to these posts. My grades and board scores are decent but not AOA, however I do have a PhD in Pharmacology and Molecular Biology. Which program do you think would be most receptive to a person like myself??
