I didn't interview there, but according to one of my classmates who did:

It starts at 7:00a and ends promptly at 1:00p. The interview day pretty much sticks to the standard format: breakfast, introductions, program overview, Chief's presentation, hospital tour. You'll have four interviews, then lunch with the residents. There are discounted hotel rates (I didn't ask how much they paid or where they stayed), but considering it's downtown Chicago, I would expect that things are still gonna be pricey.
