Amir, where are you in your career at this point? Give us an update.

Still based in Iraq — working full-time as an anesthesiologist in a maternity hospital southeast of Iraq. I paused my teaching role for anesthesia technicians this year but continue a one-day private practice in a maternity/IVF hospital. Lately focused on education, building Mastery Guides in anesthesia and critical care using AI tools. Just doing my best to keep things moving forward.
