Thanks for the reply, but I'm specifically referring to the actual class, books, and QBank that NW provides. They come to the school and conduct the class.

I know this is an old thread, but I wanted to bring it back anyways.
I obviously can't speak for everyone here, but I really think this course is a piece of crap.
We had one guy come to our school to teach it, and he was just awful. Our first impression was him showing up nearly 90 mins late (and not going 90 mins extra at the end to make up for it...I thought we paid for his time). And things did not get better.
On many topics, he had false information. When we brought this up, he'd spit garbage about how they're aware of the probs and updating the materials. Which is great for people in the future...but wouldn't have even been mentioned to us if we hadnt noticed the mistake.
Some of the mnemonics ARE helpful...but surely not enough so to justify the cost. Additionally, he seemed to center his teaching around which learning tools were the funniest rather than actual high-yield topics. It's hard to put into words how frustrating some of this could be; truly, you have to experience it from the perspective of a pressed-for-time pre-Step 1 medical student.
And of course, when I emailed them these concerns after the first day of the course, they had no response. When I subsequently requested a partial refund, they ignored me for 3 months until finally emailing back that they don't do refunds once a course has started. Clearly, to do so would put them out of business.
Don't be duped by the Northwestern Medical Review.
