I heard they treat you really really nice at the NW interview. The year I applied (long time ago), they treated people like royalty over 4 or maybe even 5 days. Crazy yo!

Hmmmmmmm - whereas I'm sure it is nice to be pampered, I am actually all for cutting the interviews down to a single, loaded day because I hate to be missing class and my other must-do things on campus. I'm actually quite concerned about the amount of class time I'll miss next semester, since I'm taking orgo lab in the spring and our professor is notorious for bad treatment of absentees. Plus I'm taking a grad class that meets once a week - and guess what - on Thursdays - so I guess I won't be seeing much of that either. I wish they all did things like Columbia and the City schools do - Friday - interview - make a decision - period. Who knows - maybe in the future...
