Does anyone know how good their MD-PhD program is and how their selection criteria for interviews (MD alone and/or MD-PhD) are, in comparison to say Harvard or Cornell or UPenn?

It's very good, but less competitive than Harvard, Cornell, and UPenn, both in research quality and in difficulty of admission. Check out the MD/PhD forum if you have more specific questions.
