Northwestern or boards boot camp?

Anyone take these? If so, which one, and did you find it helpful? I am debating whether or not to take a class (right now leaning towards studying myself) but wanted insight into these programs.

I appreciate any advise.

I am also interested in opinions regarding the Northwestern Medical Review course. My school is arranging a 5-day program.
