So Feinberg's letter says to send a "final transcript... immediately". Do they want a current transcript NOW, or wait to send the final transcript after courses are done in the spring, or both?

It says send one immediately. I'm a little curious too though, I still have classes this and next semester.

I think you answered your own question. If you still have classes to take, is you current transcript final? Nope....they probably want you to send your final transcript as soon as you graduate, which is a requirement that all med schools have.
