Northwestern vs. Cornell

I'm in a tough situation and have to chose between the two for interviews. Does anyone have insight into these 2 programs? I understand that cornell doesn't have a resident clinic. Does Northwestern? How are the surgical/clinical volumes at each of these places?

How are the surgical/clinical volumes at each of these places?

Both programs like to talk about the "quality" of their cataracts. Their numbers are consistent with being in a city with almost half a dozen programs.

Best location of programs in the country. How can you beat being near N. Michigan Ave. in Chicago or Upper East Side in New York? As far as surgical volume, could be better. If forced to choose, I'd choose Northwestern to interview but either is ok.
