Not able to add University to OptomCas

I submitted an application and it hasn't been verified yet. I finally found a school to take Organic Chemistry at in the Summer, but the application won't let me add a College/University. The instructions on the page clearly state that I will be able to add a University/Program, but it won't let me. Is this because the application hasn't been verified?
