I'm going through the gen chem part of destroyer right now and I get stumped a good amount of times, but when I look at the solution, it's kind of like an "oh wow, duh" moment. After I check the solution in destroyer, I compare it to my notes from chad and think to myself "so this is how they would ask that type of question". Remember to use all of the tricks chad taught you, like how to quickly find out how many lone pairs are on atoms with expanded octets or how to solve a PV=nRT question by comparing it to STP and not actually doing the whole calculation. If you're having a lot of difficulty with destroyer though, I think you should go back and thoroughly review your chad notes, because he does explain how to do a lot of the destroyer questions. Don't get discouraged though. Understanding the solution is much more important than getting the problem right the first time, because remember, destroyer is not meant as a practice test, it's meant to teach you.
