I just got a call from the XU COP about scheduling an interview. 🙂
But I'm really scared because I have 3 more classes to complete b4 the summer is up (Organic II lab, Physics, Speech) but I dont think they will offer the lab and physics over the summer. So I think I'll have to reapply.

So has anyone (or anyone you know) ever gotten accepted, but had to reapply the next year because of not having enough credits? If so, did you or (the person) get accepted the next year?

I would say to call them. Most schools not meeting prereqs=not meeting prereqs, but there are a few that will let you finish the prereqs your first year. I'd say physics is probably not a major deal. I just don't see its use in Therapeutics, A/P, Biochem or other similar P1 classes. Not meeting OChem requirement could be a deal killer, and believe it or not, speech as well since they would be heavily relied upon. Before you call them though I would research nearby schools to see if someone else is offering the Physics and Orgo lab. At least that way you can let them know you've researched all available options before you requested an exception of this nature.

have you tried to take the classes in another university or community college. i'm sure one of the schools near ur place would offer those two classes because they are major science courses.

Well, to answer your question, I had a friend who got denied last minute because he was missing one pre-req lab. He was dumb for that b/c he assumed he had it all done. A week before school starts, they asked for his transcript for the lab course and he realized then he didn't take it yet. Denied on the spot.

Do whatever it takes. If you need to move to another city for one semester to do it, then do it.
