This is from the Kaplan DAT book. I said B, but its not right. Can anyone explain how I should approach this problem? Thanks!!
ugh. i would have picked B too. But E is definitely correct.

If you look at the black diagonal i have drawn and rotate it so that that rectangle can pass through the the larger space on left in E the other rectangle below it is half of the diagonal (in red). So that will fit in the smaller rectangular space on the right side in E.
I was unaware of the fact that you can rotate the blocks so that it can fit in the keyhole. I was under the impression that can you rotate the view but not the block i.e. in this case, we are only rotating the top block and leaving the bottom (left) block unrotated. Correct me if I am wrong
