I've been studying for my MCAT since May, and my test is coming up on August 2nd. Unfortunately, I did not stick to my study schedule entirely this summer. The review process consumed a lot of time and life intruded a good portion of this summer. Now it's less than 2 weeks from my test date and I'm having to look for a new house to move into before August 1st! My mind is most definitely not completely where it should be before taking such an important test. If I void my test on August 2nd, which I most likely will do for fear of making below a 25, I will have to take it in January. Does anyone have any experience doing any studying during the semester? A few passages a day possibly? Then practice tests over winter break? I'm about to start my Junior year in the fall and will take courses which may benefit my MCAT score, such as biochemistry, physiology, and anatomy. What is the best review method for a period such as the semester and then for winter break? I'm feeling rather hopeless at the moment, but I know if others can manage to do it somehow, I can as well.
