USMLE Not scheduling an exam

Hello everyone,

I registered for the USMLE, extended my eligibility period and now it ends next Friday. I haven't been that hard worker so I couldn't finish everything in time to do the exam, and I haven't even scheduled a date.

my question is whether this will be a negative point for me in the future, and can programs know that I didn't do my exam when I first registered for it?

p.s. I am an IMG if that affects anything

I doubt programs see the number of times you reschedule the exam

does this mean they know you rescheduled it but they don't know how many times? or they don't know at all?
