@radian313 posed a question in another thread about the accuracy of ECs and touched on the fact that his are several years old.
I didn't want to hijack his/her thread, so I thought I'd post a similar question since I'm in the same boat.
When I apply next year, my ECs will be like 5-8 years old from when I was an undergrad/grad student.
The only thing I do now is shadow. I have a ton of good ECs (school, community, clinical, etc.), but they are all from back in the day. Will that be a problem?
