Another retake might be too late. Didn't you have some ibuprofen in the car that you could have taken?
 
"Trust your best judgement," is what my best friend always used to tell me. You know your situation best and as long as you're not completely in the dark about the admissions process [which it sounds like you aren't], I think you can make an informed decision.

That said, you've already submitted your application [a lot of $]. You may just want to retake in December in case you get an interview and the school says you need higher DAT scores. It's another $200, but probably a small amount to the overall cost of applying to dental school. Probably worth it if you think you can score 20+ TS and AA. 18s aren't bad looking at avg DAT scores of accepted students. Not really sure what the advantages of withdrawing are though.
